What is the marketplace?
Not interested in purchasing a pre-curated box or building your own? The marketplace is for you! Choose as many lone items as you like and it will be shipped to you, without packaging or a handwritten note. Simple!
Is there a receipt included in the shipment?
All gift boxes purchased on POLLOX via pre-curated collections or Build A Pollox Box are shipped in gift packaging with no receipt or pricing included. If you purchase an individual item from the marketplace, it will arrive with a packing slip.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on location, your order can arrive within 4-7 business days via standard shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide and to all US territories! Yay!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally, however, we are working on this!
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds/cancellations on pre-curated collection packages once they have shipped.
If you have ordered an individual item through our marketplace, we accept returns within 20 days of the shipment of items. All items must be returned unused, unopened and in the original form of packaging it was received. There is a $7 return fee incurred for each package that will be deducted from the refund to your original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet the above mentioned standards.

The tracking info says the gift was delivered, but it has not been received. What should I do?
Please ensure that you or the recipient has checked all areas of the premises of the delivery address and/or has asked any available attendants. Often times, packages are set aside in the lobby or front door of the building or a doorman/building attendant has accepted the package on behalf of the resident. In all other cases, we will work with the carrier to locate the package on our end and we encourage you to file a claim on yours if the package is lost or stolen.
I want to place an order now to be shipped / delivered at a later date.
This is totally doable! Leave us a note upon checkout stating how far in advance you’d like us to ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your package arriving on a specific date due to the carrier, but we will work on getting it delivered within a time frame or date range!
The item / pre-curated box I want is out of stock!
